Located in the heart of the city of Tangier, Tangier City Port is recognized for its connections to major European ports. Its strategic position is ideal for arriving in Morocco and for excursions in the Tangier region.

The Tangier-Tarifa-Tangier route is the fastest way to travel between Morocco and Spain. Fast ferries operate year-round, with multiple departures daily.

The route between Tangier City and Tarifa is currently operated by the Africa Morocco Link (AML) and Balearia companies. 

Crossings take less than an hour and the boats arrive at the port of Tangier Ville, located in the city centre near the old city.
